SHIPPING TIMES (Business Days):

Standard Shipping: 18 to 30 days

Expedited Shipping: 8 to 16 days

CAN I VIEW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Yes, just log into My Account. From your My Account Dashboard you have the ability to view a snapshot of your recent account activity, check order status, view all account options, and update your account information.

WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?

 PayPal Express for your convenience, Debit/Credit Card, and Bank Deposit (EFT or Cash).

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we do to most locations.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY SHIPMENT WHEN IT ARRIVES?

We do require signature for all deliveries. The delivery service will leave the package(s) at your home or office, or designated receiver.

WHAT IF I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

Please notify us within 7 days of the supposed delivery date indicated on your tracking in order to be considered for replacement.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return within 30 days for a full refund. Returns and exchanges are available for most purchases. Selected promotions may state final sale on our website and/or in our advertising. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Opened tea boxes cannot be returned or exchanged.

HOW LONG DOES THE RETURNS PROCESS TAKE?

It takes approximately 4-7 business days to process your return from the time we receive it. Shipping will take the normal time indicated above.  Credit back to your original card may take an additional 4-7 business days depending on your provider. The entire process will take approximately 2 weeks.

HOW CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

If you wish to make an exchange, please use the prepaid shipping label to return the unwanted items along with the completed return form that will be included in your shipment. Alternative is not liable for exchanges or returns sent without a return form enclosed.

Please make a note of the tracking number from your shipping label and keep it for your records. We are not liable for returned packages without the tracking number should the shipment get lost in transit.

EXCHANGES: The original discount or promotional code only applies to items where the same style originally purchased is being exchanged for a different color or size. If you choose to exchange the item for a different style, the discount from the original style purchased cannot be transferred to the new style.
